There are a group of individuals who do not wish to get involved with this conflict. Sometimes viewed as innocents, more often seen as greedy since they continue to deal with both the Rebels and Omni-Tek.

The neutrals tend to engage in trade and service based activities such as arms dealing and mercenaries for hire. There are however some neutrals that simply hate the whole conflict and go out of their way to remind the Rebels and Omni-Tek of this fact.

Some believe the neutrals will have the biggest role to play in the conflict, while others feel they are enemies based upon their lack of affiliation.

Only time will tell....
